We will take our time to get to know you and review your health history.  Discuss medications and past treatments.  Questions and answers, referrals prescriptions and testing.  Washington State residents and visitors only. 

If appropriate we are happy to help you complete work related forms including FMLA, DMV, N648, and more.  Just let us know how we can help.  Note: patients must be established and may require a follow up visit to be able to complete your paperwork.

Why choose single sessions over a structured program? Because flexibility is key. With our single sessions, you have the freedom to schedule coaching whenever it fits into your busy lifestyle. There's no long-term commitment required, allowing you to focus on what matters most to you in the present moment. Plus, even if you've completed a program with us, you can always opt for additional single sessions to fine-tune your progress, address new goals, or simply maintain the momentum you've built.

Unlimited virtual visits during office hours, routine lab tests (see FAQ), and unlimited access to your doctor for questions at any time using our secure patient portal or email.  We will do our best to respond to your questions within 48 hours.  We will limit the number of memberships to 100 participants, per provider, in order to provide easy access to appointments for our members.  Discount home visits (within service area)

For chronic disease management, like diabetes and high blood pressure.  This package includes 12 virtual visits a year and unlimited access to your provider at any time using our secure patient portal or email.  We will do our best to respond within 48 hours.  Discounted home visits (within service area). Additional visits may be added on according to the pricing below.

Initial fee required to setup your membership account.  

Many conditions can be managed virtually through our HIPAA compliant interface, but sometimes a face-to-face meeting is necessary.  Service area limitations as noted above.
