      • Messages you send us
      • Telehealth intake and consent documents
      • Information submitted through Adobe Forms or scheduling systems

Automatic Information

       • Basic website usage analytics (via Google Analytics)
      • Device type and browser information

We aim to minimize data sharing and use HIPAA-capable tools where applicable. Data may be processed by trusted service providers that support website functionality, scheduling, forms, secure messaging, and analytics. We do not sell personal information and do not share health information with advertising platforms.

3. Chatbot Interactions (Nurse Bee)

Messages entered into Nurse Bee may include health-related information.

Chat interactions may be stored as part of your medical record when clinically appropriate, such as when you request follow-up or email a summary to yourself.

Doc Bee Well is intentionally designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure and uses privacy-focused configurations for AI-assisted tools.

4. Where Your Information Is Processed

Doc Bee Well uses a combination of secure systems, including locally controlled services and trusted technology providers, to deliver care and manage communications.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal and health information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We use Adobe’s HIPAA-capable platform for:

      • Membership enrollment

Adobe processes submitted information securely, and Doc Bee Well controls retention and access.
