Doc Bee Well combines physician-led care with secure digital tools to simplify scheduling, communication, and access to healthcare.  

Doc Bee Well is a Washington-based, direct-pay medical practice providing telehealth and in-person care. We use secure, modern tools to deliver accessible and private healthcare services.

2. Information We Collect

       • Name and contact information
      • Health history, symptoms, and medication information
      • Messages you send us
      • Telehealth intake and consent documents
      • Information submitted through Doc Bee Well intake forms, scheduling systems, and other secure patient communications tools
 

       Automatic Information

       • Basic website usage analytics (via Google Analytics)
      • Device type, browser information, and basic technical information needed to maintain website security and performance
 

We aim to minimize data sharing and use HIPAA-compliant tools and services where applicable.  

Data may be processed by trusted service providers that support website functionality, patient communications, scheduling, telehealth services, forms, and analytics.  We do not sell personal information and do not share health information with advertising platforms.

3. Chatbot Interactions (Nurse Bee)

Messages entered into Nurse Bee may include health-related information.   

Nurse Bee is intended for educational, informational, and administrative support purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment or a direct physician-patient relationship.
Chat interactions may be retained and, when clinically appropriate, may become part of your medical record.
Doc Bee Well is intentionally designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure and uses privacy-focused configurations for AI-assisted tools.

4. Where Your Information Is Processed

Doc Bee Well uses a combination of secure systems, including locally controlled services and trusted technology providers, to deliver care and manage communications.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal and health information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

       • Provide medical and telehealth services  

       • Schedule, manage, cancel, and reschedule appointments
      • Communicate securely
      • Maintain your medical record
      • Improve care quality
      • Comply with public health reporting requirements

We do not sell your information.

6. Patient Forms and Communication

Doc Bee Well uses secure electronic systems for patient intake, consent collection, scheduling, membership enrollment, and communication. Certain information may be processed through trusted third-party providers when necessary to support patient care and practice operations.

      • Court orders or lawful subpoenas

Complaints may also be filed with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services or applicable state health authorities.

Doc Bee Well serves adults age 18 and older.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We implement:

      •  Secure scheduling, intake, consent, communication, and telehealth systems
      • Access controls and authentication safeguards
      • Administrative, physical, and technical protections

Your HIPAA rights and protections remain fully intact.
