Welcome to Doc Bee Well. We’re glad you’re here. By using our website, services, or the Nurse Bee chatbot, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Our goal is to keep everything clear, transparent, and supportive; just like the care we provide.

1. Not for Emergencies

Doc Bee Well and the Nurse Bee chatbot do not provide emergency services. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911immediately.

2. Washington Patients Only

At this time, Doc Bee Well provides medical care only to individuals who are physically located in Washington State, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Ohio or Missouri during their telehealth appointments. You are responsible for confirming your location during all visits.

3. About Nurse Bee (Our AI Assistant)

Nurse Bee is a friendly educational assistant that can:

• Help answer general medical questions 
• Offer care guidance 
• Explain Doc Bee Well services 
• Help you prepare for appointments 

Nurse Bee does not:

• Diagnose, treat, or prescribe 
• Replace a licensed medical provider 
• Establish a doctor–patient relationship 
• Provide medical or legal advice 

All decisions about your health should be made with a Doc Bee Well clinician.

4. Telehealth Services

Telehealth is a convenient way to receive care using audio, video, or electronic communication. Your full telehealth rights and responsibilities: including benefits, risks, privacy considerations, and Washington State–specific disclosures are explained in our complete Telehealth Informed Consent document.  You may request in-person care when appropriate. Doc Bee Well may also advise an in-person visit if clinically needed.

5. Use of Electronic Communications

By using Doc Bee Well’s services, you understand that:

• We may communicate with you using secure electronic systems. 
• You may receive messages containing health information via phone, SMS, email, or our secure portal. 
• You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy when using your personal      devices or networks. 

We will not record any visit unless both you and Doc Bee Well consent to recording, in compliance with RCW 9.73.030.

6. Payments and Plans

Doc Bee Well operates on a membership-based model with transparent, self-pay pricing. Key points:

• Membership fees cover services listed in the Membership Guide. 
• Services outside that scope may have additional costs. 
• Doc Bee Well does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. All details are available in our Membership Guide and Financial & No-Show Policy (PDF link provided below). 

7. Acceptable Use of the Website and Chatbot

You agree not to:

• Provide false information 
• Attempt to misuse or harm the chatbot or site 
• Use the chatbot for illegal, abusive, or discriminatory behavior 
• Attempt to access our server, code, or systems without authorization 

We may restrict access if misuse occurs.

8. No Warranty of Service Availability

We work hard to keep Nurse Bee and our website available and secure; however, interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or network failures. These services are provided “as is” without any warranty.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

 Doc Bee Well is not a pharmacy and does not dispense or sell prescription drugs. If a prescription is clinically indicated, it is sent to the patient’s pharmacy of choice in accordance with applicable laws.
